How Online Class Works
Step 1
Register & First Assessment
Create an account, fill in your child's profile, then complete the First Assessment or upload a professional assessment result.
Step 2
Request an online class
Choose Online in the Request Session form along with the times that suit you. We match a suitable teacher.
Step 3
Join via Google Meet/Zoom
The class link appears in your dashboard. An email reminder is sent about 1 hour before the class starts.
Step 4
Report & confirmation
The teacher sends a report, and you simply confirm the class went well or report a problem.
What You'll Need
- A laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone
- A stable internet connection
- A quiet place to learn
- A parent/guardian next to the child in front of the screen
Online Class suits children who can focus on a screen for about 30–45 minutes. If it is not a good fit, our team will suggest home sessions instead.
Classes are not recorded. If a disruption on the teacher's or KawanTumbuh's side cuts a class short by more than 15 minutes, the session is replaced free of charge. More details in Terms & Conditions.
